Judicial branch budget outlook still cloudy
In anticipation of Gov. Jerry Brown's Jan. 10 budget proposal, the judicial branch hopes more optimistic state revenue forecasts will lead to more court funding. But Brown appears to still be towing a fiscally conservative line.
