Orange County judge tosses 884-count fraud indictment
An Orange County judge has ruled proeseuctors failed to present exculpatory evidence to a grand jury in a $17 milliont fraud case against two doctors for overbilliing workers compensation insurers. The prosecutor plans to refile.
