A San Jose judge dismissed a lawsuit challenging Google Inc.'s privacy policy for sharing user data, but left plaintiffs one more chance to amend their complaint.


U.S. Magistrate Judge Paul S. Grewal rejected the putative class action for the second time in a 30-page order Tuesday, again because the plaintiffs lack standing.
