AIDS Activists Sue U.S. Drug Maker

LOS ANGELES - The largest nongovernment health care provider for HIV-infected patients in the United States sued the U.S. arm of international drug maker GlaxoSmithKline Monday, alleging that several of its AIDS drug patents are invalid and that it has abused a monopoly in pricing those drugs.
