'No-poach' objector reverses course

U.S. District Judge Lucy Koh granted a withdrawal of an objection letter to $415 million agreement in Silicon Valley antitrust case just one business day after receiving it.

A software engineer at Google Inc. who urged U.S. District Judge Lucy H. Koh to reject a proposed $415 million settlement in a major Silicon Valley antitrust case has abruptly withdrawn his rejection.
