Kravitz led a team of attorneys that won a U.S. International Trade Commission proceeding for a Canadian film distribution company by proving that idea for a teen sitcom was independently created.


The case was an unusual one for the Washington, D.C.-based ITC, a trade agency that deals with unfair import claims and is known for hearing patent disputes but not copyright matters.
