Judge denies tech titans' request to toss employment antitrust case

The companies lost their bid to throw out the suit Friday, after U.S. District Judge Lucy H. Koh ruled a jury should decide the case filed by a class of 60,000 current and former employees.

Four technology industry titans lost their bid to throw out a huge employment antitrust lawsuit Friday after U.S. District Judge Lucy H. Koh ruled that a jury should decide the case.


Sued by a class of 60,000 current and former employees, Google Inc., Apple Inc., Adobe Systems Inc. and Intel Corp. face claims that they colluded to limit recruitment of one another's workers.
