iPhone customers avoid arbitration in Apple antitrust case

A group of iPhone customers suing Apple Inc. for antitrust violations got good news Monday when a 9th Circuit panel ruled 2-1 that the plaintiffs don't have to name AT&T Mobility LLC as a defendant. This could help them avoid arbitration.
