Water conservation plan approved by Judicial Council

The state Judicial Council on Friday adopted its proposal that asks superior courts to cut water use 25 percent.

The state Judicial Council on Friday adopted its proposal that asks superior courts to cut water use 25 percent. The plan doesn't impose hard limits, but asks courts to curb how much they water plants or wash off concrete areas. Courts are also asked to consider decommissioning all water fountains and pools.
