State Supreme Court still mulling nonbinding campaign spending initiative

After getting pulled from the ballot by the state Supreme Court last year, the question of whether Californians can cast a nonbinding vote on campaign finance reform still lingers before the justices.

After getting pulled from the ballot by the state Supreme Court last year, the question
of whether Californians can cast a nonbinding vote on campaign finance reform still
lingers before the justices. Depending on an upcoming ruling, voters could get another
shot at voicing their views when they cast ballots in the 2016 presidential election.
