Florida judge rules in favor of Sirius XM Radio

After losses in California and New York, Sirius XM Radio has won summary judgment in Florida federal court, dismissing copyright infringement claims made by '60s band The Turtles.

The tune is changing for Sirius XM Radio. The satellite radio operator Monday won
summary judgment in Florida federal court over copyright infringement claims by the
lead singers of the '60s pop band The Turtles, after losing similar motions in California
and New York courts.
