Plaintiffs suing over education funding plan to appeal dismissals

Lawyers for plaintiffs who claim the state isn't adequately funding K-12 education said Monday they plan to appeal a ruling dismissing their cases.

Lawyers for plaintiffs in two lawsuits that claim the state violated the California constitution by not adequately funding K-12 education said Monday they plan to appeal a superior court ruling dismissing their cases.
