4th District split on criteria for Countrywide mass action

A split 4th District Court of Appeal panel has ruled that some 800 homeowners can join in a mass action lawsuit against Countrywide Financial Corp. and Countrywide Home Loans for allegedly misrepresenting the terms of their loans before the real estate crisis.
