Wal-Mart's FCPA woes may all be a matter of timing

Wal-Mart allegedly shut down an internal probe in 2005, when FCPA cases were rare. Now it has tapped Jones Day, Greenberg Traurig LLP and Cahill Gordon & Reindel LLP to conduct a global investigation amid scrutiny.
