On Tuesday, the U.S. Supreme Court will hear arguments in Sebelius v. Hobby Lobby Stores and Conestoga Wood Specialty Store v. Sebelius. Each case challenges the validity of a provision of the Affordable Care Act that requires health insurance plans to cover, without any co-payments, all U.S. Food and Drug Administration-approved contraceptives, sterilization procedures and related counseling.
