Wal-Mart warehouse workers settlement gets preliminary approval
A group of Mira Loma warehouse workers won tentative approval of their agreement with two staffing companies Wednesday, despite the objections of Wal-Mart and the warehouse operator, which remain defendants in the wage and hour lawsuit.

A group of Mira Loma warehouse workers won preliminary approval of their settlement with two staffing companies Wednesday, despite the objections of Wal-Mart Stores Inc. and the warehouse operator, which remain defendants in the wage and hour lawsuit.
The staffing companies employed the warehouse workers, who loaded and unloaded products in the warehouses destined for the big box retailer's stores.
