New apartments coming to Chula Vista

The $20 million development, named Creekside Pointe, will contain 118 market-rate residential units, along with four live/work units.

Xpera CM, a construction management consulting firm, recently announced that construction has commenced on Creekside Pointe, an apartment complex in Chula Vista.

The $20 million development will contain 118 market-rate residential units, including one-, two- and three-bedroom designs ranging from about 800 to 1,400 square feet, along with four live/work units and a small retail unit.
