San Marcos Shell sold for $4.5M

The Shell is at 800 S. Rancho Santa Fe Road, San Marcos 92078, and brokers say it is a high producing station.

A 2,500-square-foot net-leased Shell gas station in San Marcos has been sold for $4.5 million.

The buyer was Leslie Sutter, a private investor from Bay Park, with representation by Ben Tashakorian and Nick Totah of Marcus & Millichap's San Diego office.

The seller was KA San Marcos LLC, a California limited liability company of San Diego, represented by Tashakorian.
