Order Lets Plaintiffs Claim Negligence in Train Crash

Victims of the deadliest train crash in Metrolink history were given the go-ahead this week to pursue negligence claims against the railroad authority. An L.A. County Superior Court judge's order allows a jury to determine whether the railroad is liable for the January 2005 accident.
