State High Court Will Rule on Banning Imported Goods Made From Kangaroos

The state Supreme Court will consider whether a state law banning imports of goods made from certain exotic animals should be applied to kangaroos. A state appellate court ruled that it should not, but critics say that decision could open a loophole that would threaten the state’s ability to protect even home-grown creatures.
