Trillium Staffing acquires Impact Staffing; Shoreline Partners negotiates sale

According to Tim Malott, partner with Shoreline Partners who led the Impact Staffing negotiations, they determined the company's hiring and recruiting approach created one of the most highly skilled workforces in the market.

Shoreline Partners, a regional investment banking and mergers and acquisitions advisory firm servicing the sell-side, small to mid-sized market, announced the acquisition of Oceanside-based Impact Staffing by Trillium Staffing. Impact services the electrical, solar and systems integration markets.
