Police Station Plans Will Cost $900,000

Pending approval from the mayor's office, the city of Los Angeles will spend about $900,000 to hire an architect to design a new police station in the San Fernando Valley.

        Pending approval from the mayor's office, the city of Los Angeles will spend about $900,000 to hire an architect to design a new police station in the San Fernando Valley.
        The City Council Wednesday unanimously approved the expenditure, which will tap city reserve funds and possibly borrowed money, according to officials.
