Color-Coded Chart Hastened Verdict

In one of the largest medical malpractice verdicts ever awarded in Los Angeles County , Vasquez v. Lin , BC191183 (Los Angeles Superior Court, Jan. 21, 1999), a jury unanimously returned a $22 million verdict to a 6-year-old plaintiff born with cerebral palsy and mental retardation caused by a delayed delivery.
