Chemerinsky Can't Get Reprieve for 'Vexatious' Litigant

A paraplegic man described as a vexatious litigant by a Los Angeles federal judge for filing hundreds of Americans with Disabilities Act lawsuits has finally run out of appeals.

WASHINGTON - A paraplegic man described as a vexatious litigant by a Los Angeles federal judge for filing hundreds of Americans with Disabilities Act lawsuits has finally run out of appeals.

The U.S. Supreme Court decided Monday not to take up his case, six months after the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals upheld the District Court's ruling. Molski v. Evergreen, 08-38.
