Justices Work Together to Cut Duplicate Stock Ownership

California Supreme Court justices have begun sharing stock information with one another in an effort to prevent conflicts of interest from affecting the outcome of cases. "They were all eager to take steps to avoid this problem," Chief Justice Ronald M. George said.
