Panel Denies Officer Immunity From Suit

Calling a police officer's actions "especially intrusive," the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals has denied the former Ontario officer immunity from a lawsuit, finding that he violated the civil rights of 100 of his fellow officers by installing a secret video camera in the department locker room that taped them in various states of undress.
