Crime Lab Criticism Will Get Hearing

The U.S. Supreme Court agreed Monday to decide whether forensic lab reports can be introduced at trial if the lab expert who prepared the report is not made available for cross-examination by the defense, one of two significant criminal cases that the justices accepted for review.
