Supreme Court Will Hear FCC Indecency Case

Cher, Nicole Richie and the "F-bomb" are coming to the U.S. Supreme Court. The high court agreed Monday to decide whether the Federal Communications Commission went too far when it changed agency policy and announced that broadcasters could face indecency penalties for isolated utterances of the "F-word" and other expletives over the airwaves.
