S.F. Courts Crippled by Delays, Report Finds

The latest report card on San Francisco's criminal courts gives bad marks to judges, the district attorney's office and defense attorneys. A team of consultants concluded in a draft report that the system is riddled with chronic delays that make speedy justice all but impossible.
