Court Reverses 9th Circuit in Antitrust Case
WASHINGTON - A unanimous U.S. Supreme Court on Tuesday threw out a $79 million verdict against lumber manufacturer Weyerhaeuser for purposely paying timberland owners too much for logs in an effort to raise prices and push competitors out of business.

WASHINGTON - A unanimous U.S. Supreme Court on Tuesday threw out a $79 million verdict against lumber manufacturer Weyerhaeuser for purposely paying timberland owners too much for logs in an effort to raise prices and push competitors out of business.
