Hughes Marino set to grow

Hughes Marino bought an industrial property on a 5,000-square-foot lot at 1443 Union Street for $1.85 million.

Hughes Marino is preparing to expand its corporate footprint in San Diego with the purchase of an industrial building on the same block as its downtown headquarters.

The owners of the tenant representation firm bought an industrial property on a 5,000-square-foot lot, at 1443 Union Street, San Diego 92101, for $1.85 million.

Business is booming for Hughes Marino, owned by Jason Hughes, president and CEO, and Shay Hughes, chief operating officer, a company spokeswoman said. <...
