Psychologist May Testify About 'Fajitagate' Cop

SAN FRANCISCO - A psychologist may be forced to testify about red flags that came up during a pre-employment evaluation of a San Francisco police officer who later touched off a scandal for his alleged role in roughing up civilians in a 2002 off-duty incident, a federal magistrate ruled Wednesday.
