Justices Will Review Antitrust Case Involving Ink Company in Southland
WASHINGTON - The Supreme Court on Monday agreed to review an antitrust case involving a Southern California-based ink company which argued that a competitor restrained trade in the ink-replacement market by forcing customers who used its patented printing technology to buy its ink.
