Oppenheimer Going Back To Its Roots

SAN FRANCISCO - Partners at Oppenheimer, Wolff & Donnelly have voted to make the 148-lawyer firm's retrenchment complete by spinning off its branches in Brussels, Geneva and Paris and focusing entirely on Minneapolis, its historic home base.
