High Court Casts Doubt on Statute

U.S. Supreme Court justices seemed to be in agreement Tuesday that a federal statute used to prosecute public officials and white-collar defendants is hanging by a thread.

WASHINGTON - U.S. Supreme Court justices seemed to agree Tuesday that a federal statute used to prosecute public officials and white-collar defendants is hanging by a thread.
