Bill Eliminating Baby Bar Wends Its Way to Governor

SACRAMENTO - If three times is a charm, then an attempt to eliminate passage of the "baby bar" as a requirement for students of unaccredited law schools should have fairy wings for its architect, who has tried five times to get the idea passed into law.
