UPDATE San Mateo County

By John McCloud If there is a hotter, tighter office market in the country than San Mateo County, it must be hot and tight indeed. With direct vacancy rate of 0.3 percent and total vacancy rate of 1.5 percent, according to the second-quarter report from CB Richard Ellis, the market is about as locked up as you can get without having tenants occupying space in shifts.
