Retired police sue over SF gun ordinance

The San Francisco Veteran Police Officers Association argues a measure banning the possession of high-capacity magazines runs afoul of the Second Amendment.

The San Francisco Veteran Police Officers Association filed a federal lawsuit Tuesday challenging a San Francisco ordinance banning possession of high-capacity ammunition magazines.
