Attorney Is Still on Case for Nicaraguan Workers

Despite reports from Nicaragua that banana plantation workers there were signing a petition to fire their U.S. counsel in a toxic tort case in Los Angeles County Superior Court, the lead plaintiffs' counsel for one of several cases pending in Los Angeles said Thursday that his clients remain willing to go forward.
