Despite criticism, these appellate justices are highly qualified

In "A waste of limited judicial resources" (May 11, 2017), Jonathan Goldstein bemoans what he perceives to be a threat to our justice system - "Court of Appeal justices who are either too inexperienced for their position or who have overstayed their time on the bench."
