Disabled adults need to be heard in Sacramento, too

As "May Revise" season progresses, I hope the governor and the Legislature will take special note of the adult disabled, their families, the services they need and the schools and regional centers which help them. By Brian Sheppard

Often unseen and sometimes unknown to all but their closest neighbors are the mentally and physically disabled adults who live in all parts of the state. They live in Westlake Village and Pacoima. Central Los Angeles and Lancaster.
