Lawyer helped clear path for locals to ban pot dispensaries

Since Jeffrey V. Dunn helped convince the state Supreme Court to uphold Riverside's ban on marijuana dispensaries, other localities have begun using the ruling to pursue the closure of pot shops and take a fresh look at their policies.
