Court rules for trustee who accidentally sold home for less than a tenth of intended price

The state Supreme Court gave a reprieve Thursday to a trustee whose mistake led to a foreclosed home being sold at auction for less than a tenth of the intended price.

The state Supreme Court gave a reprieve Thursday to a trustee whose mistake led to a foreclosed home being sold at auction for less than a tenth of the intended price.


The ruling largely hinged on the fact that the trustee discovered the mistake and voided the sale before delivering the deed.
