Discipline panel sets arguments on Contra Costa judge who got son a deal

The Commission on Judicial Performance will hear arguments about whether Judge Bruce Clayton Mills violated ethics rules or acted as a concerned parent.

The Commission on Judicial Performance will hear arguments next month about whether a Contra Costa judge violated ethical canons or "acted in good faith as a concerned parent" when he tried to resolve a minor infraction involving his teenage son.
