High Court Lets Ex-Playmate Battle Stepson in Federal Court

WASHINGTON - The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday revived tabloid celebrity Anna Nicole Smith's long-running legal efforts to secure tens of millions of dollars in Texas oil money from the estate of her late husband, ruling unanimously that the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals was wrong to decide that federal courts in California should stay out of the matter.
