Bar Exam Brings Probation for Federal Employee

SAN FRANCISCO - Farinaz Zahrai has decided taking the Bar exam in another state might get her a license to practice law. This time it will be at her own expense. Zahrai, was sentenced Wednesday to a year's probation and ordered to pay restitution for filing false travel claims with her employer, the U.S. Labor Department, when she was actually taking the California Bar exam in July 2004.
