Trademark Bill Stirs Speech Advocates

SAN FRANCISCO - Charles Smith's dislike for Wal-Mart prompted the Georgia resident to change the Arkansas retail giant's logo to "Walocaust" on his Web site. Smith's design is Wal-Mart blue with a five-pointed star, and even the discontinued Wal-Mart smiley-face makes an appearance.
