Lawyer Says Retired Judge's Title Shouldn't Be in Ballot Pamphlet

SAN FRANCISCO - Retired San Francisco Superior Court Judge Lillian Sing shouldn't be allowed to use the title "judge" in ballot pamphlets because it deliberately misleads voters and gives her an unfair advantage in the upcoming election, according to a writ petition filed Thursday.
