Button Ruling Merits Review by High Court

WASHINGTON - The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday agreed to decide whether the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals went too far in ruling that a San Jose murder defendant was denied a fair trial because family members of the victim attended all court sessions wearing large buttons that displayed the dead man's photograph.
