Retiring Judge Not Tired of Talking

Chief Judge Paul Michel announced his plans to retire from the federal bench after more than two decades.

Chief Judge Paul Michel of the U.S. District Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit is known for his outspoken views on patent reform and the role of the federal judiciary.
